Fair play and safe operation

Eligibility and accounts
Use your own Steam account and provide accurate tournament information. Do not evade a ban, impersonate another player, share a private match password outside your entry, or interfere with authentication, runners, game servers, brackets, monitoring, or other users.
Tournament rules
The organizer sets format, schedule, check-in, map, rank, score target, forfeits, disqualifications, and corrected results. Material operator actions are audited. Participants must follow the published event rules and Valve’s applicable Steam and Counter-Strike terms.
Streaming and recording
Dual-POV streaming is not enabled by this build. A future operator must obtain explicit participant consent, identify recording and retention, provide moderation and disconnect controls, and keep streams private by default until those release gates pass.
Availability and safety
The service may pause, drain, cancel, or reschedule an event to protect players, credentials, data, or infrastructure. Beta availability targets are operational objectives, not a guarantee. Do not use the service for wagering, unlawful activity, harassment, cheating, malware, denial of service, or unauthorized access.
Operator information required
Before public launch, the deployment owner must replace this section with its legal identity, contact, governing law, liability terms, refund policy if money is accepted, acceptable-use enforcement, and appeal process. This repository text is an operational baseline and is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
